About Brian

Brian Drummond is a pastor, professor, chaplain, and organizational leader committed to helping people understand God’s Word, live it faithfully, and lead with purpose. He is passionate about developing Kingdom-minded leaders and equipping the next generation for lasting impact.

His academic training spans pastoral leadership, business administration, theological studies, educational leadership, and organizational strategy. He earned his bachelor’s degree from California Baptist University, completed two master’s degrees at Gateway Seminary, and pursued specialized study through Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.

As President of Brian Drummond Services and Executive Director of the Brian Drummond Leadership Institute, Brian provides leadership development, strategic consulting, and executive coaching to churches, nonprofits, and educational institutions.

Throughout his ministry, Brian has served in pastoral leadership, church operations, worship services, events, outreach, and digital ministry. His approach combines biblical conviction with strategic planning to help ministries grow sustainably and reach people with Christ’s hope. Faith & Family

Brian and Francesca have been joyfully married for four years and are raising two children together. Francesca is a steadfast source of encouragement, honesty, love, and joy, continually helping Brian recognize opportunities for growth. She is deeply committed to Jesus and to living faithfully, and she holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from California Baptist University’s School of Education.
