Education

    Brian Drummond is a pastor, educator, and organizational leader with a deep commitment to developing Kingdom-minded leaders and equipping the next generation for faithful, strategic impact. Biblical teaching and expository preaching remain central to his calling, helping individuals understand and apply God’s Word with clarity, conviction, and transformation.

    Brian earned his Bachelor of Science from California Baptist University with dual majors in Christian Studies (Pastoral Leadership) and Business Administration (Management). He later completed both a Master of Theological Studies and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership at Gateway Seminary in 2024. In Spring 2025, he completed a Certificate of Specialization in The Intersection of Finance, Strategy, and Sustainability from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford through Coursera. He will graduate with his Master of Divinity from Gateway Seminary in May 2026 and plans to begin a PhD in Leadership Studies at California Baptist University in Fall 2026.

    In addition to his pastoral ministry, Brian serves as President of Brian Drummond Services and Executive Director of the Brian Drummond Leadership Institute, where he provides leadership development, strategic consulting, and executive coaching to churches, nonprofits, and educational institutions. His work focuses on organizational alignment, leadership pipelines, sustainable growth, and mission-driven systems.

    Brian also serves as a chaplain for the County of Riverside and as an adjunct professor at California Baptist University, teaching and mentoring students in academic and ministry contexts.

Over the years, Brian has taken on many roles in ministry, including managing operations and promoting growth in various churches and ministries. He uses strategic planning and leadership development to help the church thrive. Working closely with ministry teams, he enhances worship services, events, and outreach efforts. By utilizing technology and social media, Christ's message of hope continues to reach more hearts and lives. Brian is passionate about empowering the next generation to live lives focused on Christ. He focuses on biblical teaching and preaching to help people understand God’s Word and apply it to their lives.

Family

Brian has been joyfully married to Francesca for 4 years, has been dating her for a total of 7 and together they have 2 children. Francesca helps Brian in so many ways, she has been a major source of encouragement, honesty, love, and joy. She has helped Brian see areas of weakness and potential growth. Francesca is highly committed to Jesus and living her life in faith. She has both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree through the School of Education from CBU.
